My hope and intention as I begin this blog is to give a thoughtful, considered response to world events, deep discussions and personal circumstances. I hope it will be encouraging, challenging, informative and edifying to those that read it. I by no means intend to be a self-proclaimed expert, but I do want to share my thoughts in the global marketplace of ideas.
I don't want a week-long snow storm, but I wouldn't mind some snow that lasts for a while and makes everything look pretty but without making the roads a mess...
Being a college student without a car and who has a landlord who turn the heat down, yes I would very much like winter to be over. I'm willing to sacrifice a good snowstorm for CONTINUOUSLY good weather. Normally I would agree with the people crying for a snow storm, but this year I'm all burned out of having to put up with chilly weather in addition to a bunch of other stuff.
You people are all crazy. My three year stint in Delaware quickly taught me that I was moving home to the sunny south and never leaving. Though, I wouldn't mind getting a good half inch of snow where the entire town will shut down and I can hang out in my house and sleep.
No! We haven't had a real WINTER yet. We need at least one really good and lasting snow storm where the snow lasts for at least a week.
