That's Cold
So, the high temperature on Friday is supposed to be 17 degrees.
Without the wind.
It's actually going to feel like it's 6 degrees, at best, during the day with a low of negative 13 at night.
This is one time when going south will not help you. It is so cold here. I'm also furious that it isn't snowing and they haven't shut the town down. No human being should be expected to survive in these temperatures.
