What I Learned At Work Today

Insanity is doing the same thing twice and expecting different results.

Unless you are working with a Microsoft product. In which case it is very sensible that you will get different results by doing the same exact thing.

Tamara, can you please start working on Great Plains?

I use Linux, where if something is wrong, there's a legitimate reason other than "the operating system is made of stuff piled on stuff".

Ubuntu is the way to go. I've been using it since last summer, and I've been able to get my work done just fine with Open Office, which is 100% free and can export Microsoft files if need be.

Jaunty Jackalope, the newest release, just came out. Maybe you should give it a spin ;) .
