Seriously, You're Not Just A Number To Us
Today, I was greeted by an e-mail with the headline, "Happy Birthday Steve #11984357#" It gave me all kind of warm fuzzies to know that I was not just a name, and not just a number, but a name and a number to company X.
#11984357#, that's hilarious man. Can I call you by that name from now on? It makes it sound like I have a cool, hi-tech robot as a friend. I can be all like "Dude, I was just talking to #11984357# the other day, and he says that the squirrels need to be exterminated, and I was all like..."
