Ah you see Steve, she's an expert in financial regulation. Therefore her solution to the problem is... more financial regulation.
How about beginning with a discussion about how the people have lost control over their country? And spiking it with a little about how the people never had control over the country to begin with, and cannot ever hope to obtain power over the country and its societies? Only God knows, defer to Him for the solution.
