My hope and intention as I begin this blog is to give a thoughtful, considered response to world events, deep discussions and personal circumstances. I hope it will be encouraging, challenging, informative and edifying to those that read it. I by no means intend to be a self-proclaimed expert, but I do want to share my thoughts in the global marketplace of ideas.

Health Concerns
Well, tomorrow is my last day on the juice and unfortunately it did not perform as hoped. I was actually back in the ER again Monday night; they did an EKG and chest X-ray which both appeared normal. I had some blood work done today and will be having a CT scan on Monday and pulmonary function test next Thursday. I would deeply appreciate your prayers. Thanks friends.

You have my prayers... let me know if anything else comes up to pray for and I'll be sure to pray for you. I'll be praying for the doctors to be able to find the problem also and to treat it.
Hugs & Love
PS Don't know if you've needed to use the inhaler or not, but a quick tip if you do, rinse your mouth out with water after using it... trust me on this one, saves your teeth and takes the taste of the medicine out of your mouth.
Steve - Dang man! I'll be praying this all clears up and that you are back to full health very soon. No more bleach for you!
Get better soon, Steve!!
I think the squirrels attacked you with chemical weapons.
And yes, I will be praying for both your health, and that the Lord would smite the squirrels with fire and brimstone, OT (Old Testament) Style, baby!
Praying for you! :)
BTW, if you die, make sure you give Joe your guitar. He really likes it.
;p
Steve, your pulmonary condition is making you suspiciously like our gunslinger friend, Mr. John Henry Holliday. You weren't planning on becoming a dentist and drinking whiskey to cauterize your hemmoraging lungs, were you?
If you are, call me. I have two "cowboy" hats and a shiny new knife after my stint in northern PA this weekend, and a black leather coat. And a bicycle. We can make tracks for Tombstone from here...
